Projects & impact

Turning partnerships into measurable impact.

CIJ designs and implements technology, digital skills, entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives that respond to practical challenges facing young people, women, entrepreneurs, SMEs, schools and communities — with development partners, foundations, government, the private sector and communities.

Challenge → Partnership → Implementation → Results → Learning → Scale

Verified impact

Impact beyond activities.

We don’t measure success by workshops delivered. Every public figure below has a definition, a period, a data source and a responsible staff member behind it.

500+

Youth trained through CIJ programs

50+

MSMEs supported through digital, entrepreneurship and enterprise-development activities

300+

Participants reached through emerging technology initiatives

200+

Beneficiaries reached through AI-focused programming

Figures are conservative and drawn from attendance registers, reports and partner records. Reach → Outputs → Outcomes → Impact: as our monitoring, evaluation and learning framework matures we will report completion, skills gained, businesses started and progression — not just attendance.

How we deliver

Design → Deliver → Measure → Learn → Improve → Scale

Every project follows the same delivery model, so partners know what to expect and what they will get back.

01 · Understand & design

Start with the challenge

Analyse the problem, target population and context; define objectives, activities, outputs, outcomes and indicators.

02 · Prepare & mobilise

Get ready to deliver

Implementation plans, curricula, tools, staffing and logistics; engage participants, communities and stakeholders.

03 · Implement

Deliver to agreed standards

Training, enterprise support, outreach and technology activities delivered as planned.

04 · Monitor

Track what is happening

Participation, quality, outputs and emerging outcomes — reach, inclusion, delivery, learning, enterprise, progression and partnerships.

05 · Report & learn

Evidence, stories, lessons

Results and lessons for partners — what worked, what did not, and why.

06 · Improve & scale

Grow what works

Use evidence to strengthen delivery and, where results justify it, adapt the model for wider implementation.

Your organisation?

Let’s co-design something

Fund a program, co-design a project, commission training or services, support entrepreneurs, sponsor equipment or run an innovation challenge.

Listen → Co-design → Deliver → Measure → Learn → Scale. We do not begin with a predefined solution.

Let’s create measurable impact together.

CIJ works at the intersection of skills, technology, entrepreneurship and community development. We welcome partnerships that combine local implementation capability with resources, expertise and a shared commitment to results.
